• Travel to and from locations

• Outdoor conditions

• Weather

• Terrain hazards

• Public spaces

• Traffic conditions

• GPS inaccuracies

• Personal injury

I agree to release and hold harmless The Treasure Hunt Game, its organizers, affiliates, representatives, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation.

I understand participation is voluntary and at my own risk.
