REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy – The Treasure Hunt Game

All entry fees ($9.99 per edition) are non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of the game and immediate access to

clues and proprietary puzzle content, all purchases are final once

registration is complete.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Failure to solve clues

• Inability to locate the treasure

• Personal schedule conflicts

• Technical difficulties on participant’s device

• Geographic limitations

• Disqualification due to rule violations

If a specific edition is officially canceled prior to prize claim due to organizer decision, force majeure, or legal reasons, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of The Treasure Hunt Game.
